• Wedding dresses are fitted garments, so alternation is common and might be needed. For your peace of mind, we always leave enough margin for alternation, and all dresses allow to be altered one size up or down easily.
• The size of bridal dresses do not correspond to your regular dress size. So please do not buy by your regular dress sizes.
• Do not worry if your size does not fall into any of the standard size in the chart below. We can custom make this dress according to your measurements. Read the following section for more information.

Measurement Instructions
 

Please follow the instructions below to take your measurements. When you measure, make sure you wear the same or similar underwear and shoes that you are planning to wear on the wedding day.

• Bust: Take the tape around your back and bring it across your bust line (typically the fullest part of the breast).
• Upper Bust: Measure above your breasts in the same manner as you measured across them.
• Lower Bust: Measure under your breasts in the same manner as you measured across them.
• Waist: This is the smallest part of your waist. Typically it is an inch or so above your belly button, also known as the natural waist line.
• Hips: This is the widest part of your hips, across the hip bone.
• Hollow to Hem: Start the tape at the hollow under your neck, and measure straight down to floor.

For wedding dresses with sleeves or jackets, we also need your measurements of arm girth, shoulder, and arm length.

• Shoulder to shoulder: Measure from shoulder point to shoulder point.
• Arm Girth: Relax your arm and measure around the largest part of the upper arm.
• Arm Length: Start the tape in your armpit and measure your straight arm to the wrist.

• Due to the variations in monitor color settings, we recommend that you buy a color swatch from our eBay store to assure color accuracy.
• The following colors only represent part of our color collections. We constantly source and add in new materials and colors. Please check with us for availability of other colors.

Shipping and Handling

• All parcels will be shipped via registered mail service. We will provide you a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
• We check everything carefully before shipping. Your dress and accessories will be wrapped in a plastic bag, then packed in double wall corrugated fiberboard box, and finally wrapped with sticky tape all around.
• Take advantage of a combined shipping discount if you buy multiple items from us at the time of checking out. $10 Insurance is recommended for all shipments. We will not be responsible for items damaged in transit if insurance is not paid.
• The standard lead time is 20 working days after payment is received.
• If you need the dress urgently, we have rush order service for a rush order processing fee of $50. Please check with us first before placing a rush order, because we may not be able to take rush orders in busy seasons.q1
