How long does it take to receive my wedding dress?
It usually takes four weeks to make the dress and deliver. If you need the dress urgently, please place a rush order. For rush order, dress can be delivered in two and a half weeks.
Do you have a store where I can try the dress?
Ava bridal is only sell online at the moment. We are planning to open a showroom in our office at unit 2, 316 Governor Rd., Braeside Victoria. Customers in Melbourne can come after its opening.
How do I make payment?
We accept payment via Paypal and Bank deposit.
Can I return the dress if I don't like it?
You can return it for a full refund if there's any quality issues. We would feel appreciated if you could take measurements carefully, we'll make exactly as what you specified. Please understand we are a small business, it would be a lot of cost for us if customers return the dress because they do not like the style or taking measurements wrong. In this case, we can alter the dress to fit for free or do our best to work out a solution.
How do I layby?
Proceed to checkout, then you will need to enter the coupon code "LAYBY" during the checkout to pay 20% deposit on your items, postage will also be charged at this point. This is automatically calculated when the word LAYBY is entered into the coupon code box.
How do I place order?

Does it cost more to custom make this dress by my size?
There is no surcharge to custom make the dress by your size. Wedding and formal dresses are fitted garment. We encourage all customers custom make the dress better fitting instead of selecting a standard size.
Is it possible to have a dress that has a train made without it?
In most cases dresses can be made without a train. Please contact our customer support to confirm it.

All dresses are made in our own factory and sell direct to customers. There's no other companies in the supply chain. We are serious about saving money across the board and that applies to all aspects of our business. Our accountants scrutinise each and every penny we spend. This savings can then be passed on to the customer.

How often is new dresses added onto the site?
We make new sample dresses and do photo-shooting on a quarterly basis. We also do special designs and custom work for customers. In such cases, we may also shoot a photo for the dress and add it to the site for sale.
All parcels will be sent via registered shipping service. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. This tracking number can be used to check where the parcel is when it's in transit.
The standard lead time is 20 working days after order is processed.
If you need the dress urgently, please place a rush order for a rush order.

Return Policy All dresses delivered to a customer must adhere to a 7 day return
policy. This 7 day policy is in effect immediately upon delivery to
the customer. Any items returned must be in its original condition.
They must not be worn or have any spots, tears, or any obliteration
of fabric or designs.
Loss or Breakage in Transit
Ava Bridal takes great care to package all dresses and accessories
in accordance to the shipping standards set by each respective
carrier to prevent breakage. We insure each shipment for the full
value of the order. Should an order be lost or damaged due to
shipping, please contact us ASAP so that we could file a claim
within the carrier's allotted time frame.
